Aaditya transports services is a legal government registered tours and travel company in Nepal. Our service, Cost and Tax follow the rule of Government. Every transportation cost for trip with our company is guided as a government rate 2072/73. Beside these government rules, we have own rules and regulation.
1. You must have to pay 50% of total cost before trip start date.
2. You can’t drive any vehicles yourself. We provide a single experienced driver with vehicle.
3. If you change any route or increase rental time you must inform before you modified your trip and cost may increase.
4. If you want to cancel vehicle booking,
- If it is inside Kathmandu valley and for short time purpose you must inform about 2 hours prior the schedule time.
- If it is long time booking, you must inform 1 day prior the booking date.
5. 5% of total cost will be deduct if you will cancel the one day vehicles hire where as 25% of total cost will be deduct in terms of Long route (outside Kathmandu Valley) and you have to be in Aaditya Transportation Office for refund.
